Our senior Body Rocks instructor is presented to the Queen


Lizzie addressed the National Council for Voluntary Youth Services Seminar "The Eye of The Storm - Health and Wellbeing" and gave a talk about her work with Creavity in Sport on Tuesday 27th March in Reading, Berkshire.

She outlined the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing Body Rocks programmes and their training scheme for disadvantaged and disengaged young people and took questions from the floor.
